Evidence not uploading
Keep the app installed and the original photos on the device. Connect to Wi-Fi, open FieldProof and check the synchronization status. The offline queue retries safely without creating duplicate evidence.
Security or privacy request
For suspected unauthorized access, account deletion or a customer privacy request, use privacy@hiwestwork.com. Account owners can initiate deletion from settings once signed in.
Response targets
During the founding beta we target responses within one business day, with urgent evidence-access and security issues prioritized.
