Business service
FieldProof is operated by HiWestWork and provided to professional businesses and their authorized personnel. The workspace owner is responsible for its users, customer notices, consent language, lawful evidence collection and the accuracy of submitted records.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and promptly remove unauthorized access. You may not use FieldProof unlawfully, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or misrepresent evidence.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the selected monthly or annual term until cancelled. Pricing, limits and taxes are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the account is terminated for serious misuse.
Customer data
You retain ownership of business and customer data. You grant FieldProof the limited right to process it to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for maintaining any independent records required by your business, insurer or law.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable offline-first service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, comply with law or develop the product. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FieldProof is provided without implied warranties and is not an insurer, appraisal service or legal evidence custodian. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service and initiate deletion in account settings. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or material breach. Questions can be sent to support@hiwestwork.com.
